The currency of Vietnam is the Vietnamese
dong (VND) with nominal value which includes 200; 500; 1,000; 2,000; 5,000;
10,000; 20,000; 50,000; 100,000; 200,000; 500,000 in paper currency and 200;
500; 1,000; 2,000; 5,000 in coin. You can change your money to Vietnam dong in
banks which opened from Monday to Friday, or in hotels, restaurants and some
exchange center by daily exchange rate. However USD and Euros are accepted in
hotels and restaurants and in some shopping centers. You can check for your
convenience before payment

drinking you can find tea, coffee, the soft drink as juice from
tropical fresh fruit, colas anywhere to refresh. However please be careful with
coffee and should be noted that Vietnamese people have strong coffee. If there
is a suggestion to give ice into your tea, please say “no thanks” because
sometimes ice tea doesn’t make you pleased. In addition a bottled mineral water
is safe in the case you are not accustomed local soft drinks. For alcoholic
beverages there are some local brands as Sai Gon beer, 333, Vietnamese fresh
beer, alcohol made from rice or sticky rice etc.

VIT TOUR is considered as a company organized
services that play an intermediary role between companies supplying services
directly and you are vendees who enjoy services. For your tour, you have its
contract in which represented specific terms and conditions. Additionally, you
have agreed with terms and conditions here in. Please read them carefully
before doing your reservation.
Prices:
Prices are net prices calculated by
Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US dollar (USD). They include 5% service charge and
exclude value added tax (VAT).
Prices are subject to change base on
the changes from the market, so the prices can be redeal in some cases to
guarantee the benefit of both you and VIT TOUR, also to keep the standard of
services.
Booking:
After choosing the tour program and
services, you will receive a booking form from VIT TOUR to finish your booking
which sent to VIT TOUR by letter, email, and fax or directly to VIT TOUR

Confirmation
VIT TOUR confirms your booking by
letter, email or fax in 24hours since VIT TOUR received your receipt relating
to the payment for services. VIT TOUR will inform you if there are any cases
that cause late confirmation for your booking. After 24 hours since you transferred
the payment but without receiving the confirmation for your booking or any
information from VIT TOUR about this, please contact the email : hd.vittour@gmail.com or skype: hana.lam80 to check the problem.
Payment:
There are specific conditions
relating to payment in each contract for your booking. And your payment can be
done by cash in VIT TOUR’s office or bank transfer. In the case the bank
transfer is performed, the detail for transfer is attached with the contract
and the bank fee is allotted to you. However you can contact VIT TOUR to reach
an agreement about the paying manner conveniently. If the payment is settled
late or there is a breach of conditions relating to the payment as in the
contract, VIT TOUR has the right to cancel your booking without notice.
Amendment:
Amendments are accepted if you and
VIT TOUR are unanimous in the discussion and agreement. And the condition for
all amendments that your amendments have to be sent by letter, email or fax to
VIT TOUR 3 days before the time services carried out.
VIT TOUR has the right to amend or
change services following the best arrangement to ensure that you will be in
the safety
Cancellation:
Each tour contract has its conditions
relating to cancellation. So please pay you attention in this term of the
contract that VIT TOUR offers you after finish your booking.
If there are services that you do not
enjoy without notice to VIT TOUR or late inform VIT TOUR about not enjoying services
you booked, those cases are considered that you yourself cancel services and
VIT TOUR does not refund the fee to you. Beside VIT TOUR has the right to
cancel services in the case of natural calamity, fire, war and some other case
of force majeure to ensure that you will be in the safety.
Voucher:
Voucher is issued by VIT TOUR as soon
as you finish your payment for services. It is always attached with the
contract. Please keep it always carefully because it is used to solve all the
problems which relating to payment, amendment or changes of your services.
For services are not used:
For services which you booked but not
enjoy with notice to VIT TOUR, VIT TOUR refunds the fee base on the terms and
conditions which are written in the contract. However the additional charges
cause of refund, you will pay. In the case you do not use the services and
without notice to VIT TOUR, the refund fee for not using services will not be
implemented.
Responsibility and claims:
Each tour contract has its conditions
and terms that you and VIT TOUR have responsibilities to obey. All disputes,
claims and litigation regarding services will be solved base on the negotiation
and mutual understanding. If not the state of this will be settled by Vietnam International Arbitration
Center
